Thela is a small cart used by street vendors. It's new business my neighbour is doing after many failed ones. He keeps his cart just beside by 4 wheeler where i used to keep my two wheeler. He removes my two wheeler and parks it aside and places his thela in the gap. That little cunt. How should I prevent him doing so? The place in front of my house is disputed to all neighbours use it for parking. Removing my vehicle from its spot is not acceptable
