I am completely bad at social things and I am wondering if it is only me. (Idk if the other person means what they say or its a expression)

I am bad at speaking my first language and I am pretty ok at english while my parents are the opposite (good first language and ok english) so we are in an argument and they say something and I misunderstand so I use the word incorrectly and she insults saying you are trash at Korean. The thing is I am bad at Korean because I don't live there but somewhere else because my parents decided to. So how do I not rage at my parent saying that my Korean is bad while she is responsible for my Korean being bad by living in a different country. (P.S. I get raged really easily and in the language subject I get more easily mad because being bad at Korean isn't my fault.) Also I am ISTP so I hope you guys know how to respond and not get mad the next time.
