Having an issue on my bunn ultra 2 where when I try and change the thickness I'm receiving a display message saying "thickness is locked" for both sides and I'm unable to adjust the thickness level. Brix is fine on both sides, torque sensors seem good, cannot find anything in the manual. Both are stuck on 16, any thoughts?
