Anyone else get an email from Timex saying their order’s been cancelled? Was pumped to order my first Timex and this happens. Was clearly marked available when I purchased. Notified of cancellation a full week after I bought online and the cherry on top is the customer support email they sent in the notification isn’t a registered domain.. got a bounce back. Even their contact form online wouldn’t let me submit.
Think I’m going to steer clear of Timex going forward after this frustrating first experience.
