I probably know the answer to this but I have a Barista pro, I grind at setting 3 and have done for about 2 years and my grind time is about 21 seconds for 20g beans. About a month ago my grinder hasn't been grinding the beans within this time and is now taking 30+ seconds. I have deep cleaned the grinder and replaced the fabric washer(with oem parts) but still the same. I'm stumped as to why the timing has went up by nearly 10seconds. Anyone had this issue?
