I juat started reading comics and I just got past WWH a few days ago. I loved the run alot, I wasn't much of a Hulk fan but I definitely was after the run, but when I started readsing 2008's HULK I noticed something was very VERY wrong. Why was he dumb againand why is he so much weaker. Isn't this the same guy that fought all the x-men and x factor at the same time and won. Now he's just back to 'HULK SMASH' like bro you had a wife and child. Tell me it gets better.

The Maryland Guaranteed Access Grant was calculated today, I warned to ask if anybody has the same issue as me where their status say's 'qualified' but they've been rewarded zero dollars. Thank you
