So much conflicting data regarding preop continuation or holding of GLP-1 agonists before elective surgery. What is the best way to answer this question for oral boards? Our institutional guidelines are to hold daily or weekly dose and CLD for 24 hours regardless of high risk or low risk patient. Please advise.
