Why is it not fully full screen?

For some reason it never will fully full screen on my safari even though it’s on full screen mode? Is there any reason for that? Very few times I was able to finally make it work but once I moved my mouse it wouldnt fully screen again anymore. Is it their error or my safari? Google chrome works fine.
I can’t attach picture here for some reason. Hopefully someone else knows the same pain.

Lesson learned to clean all, every bees off the frame when storing for the winter time! I forgotten to clean this one more frame after cleaning another 19 frames that the hive died out. Should I carve it off and dump it then freeze. Or should I toss this frame? I read some say just toss in the hive and the bees would just clean it off. I couldn’t do that to them. Any recommendations would be appreciated. TIA!!
