We barely saw The Boys this season, it feels like everything revolves around Soldier Boy, and they're just a supporting cast. This was supposed to be between Butcher and Homelander, but no, we're forced to watch SB and HL talk about their stupid feelings. S03E06 is highest rated episode for many reason, but for me it was mainly because of that Homelander and Butcher's fight. I was really hoping for more of that this season.
Now I find myself wishing that Vought Rising series gets cancelled after 1 season. Maybe this massive hard on Eric seems to have for Jensen will finally go down (I blame Supernatural fans for this too, and that stupid reunion last week).
Also, are we supposed to believe that The Boys, who thrive in chaos, just watched the entire thing unfold without trying to interrupt? I can't wait for this show to end, honestly.
