Been carrying a glock 19 since i was 18. I dont really have a lot of money so its the best bang for my buck i figured id get. At 20. I found a 457 and bought it for 400. This is my first time really interacting with a third gen in any way. But thier rare and it had been at the lgs for a month so i snatched it up. Id like to carry this pistol a bit, im not sure where to find appendix holsters though. Also iwb holsters, for hiking and whanot. This is also my first 45, i know nothing of ammo, and its grains in reference to 45acp. What should i use for edc?

Local lgs has used for 457 for $400 before tax. Looks....well beat. But i cant find any problems with it. If anything its just really dirty. I know nothing of third gens and have always carried a glock 19. Glock 19 is great and whatever but ive always wanted a steel frame pistol. I know its aluminum but still. Its a cool gun. I do plan on carrying it for edc. Is this a firearm i can rely on for edc? Is it just a range toy?
