I been holding this thought for the past weeks from the day that I separated from them and something made me realize that it would be too selfish to keep it to myself. This is for my fellow Filipinos to be aware.
Everything was surprisingly easy sa simula everything is easy from the interview to training. Just a typical pinoy na naghahanap ng trabaho to survive sa pangaraw-araw. Everything was good not until the mini redflags are showing na.
First was the discussion of the contract. Ang CEO nag mentioned na may part sa contract na di dapat na kasali duon which is very nakakataas ng kilay kase bakit kami pinapaperma ng contract na may anomaly. BTW, I was hired as a Screening Executive and the contract is extremely unfair.
Second was the distribution of leads of candidates. They expect you to have at least 8 or more bookings everyday without new leads. Lakas maka-sc4m ang datingan at higit pa sa lahat mahirap is ang job na e-ooffer mo sa mga tatawagan mo kase walang basic pay.
Third and pinaka masaklap sa lahat, delay ang sahoran. They purposely delay your pay if you're not hitting the target. They keep asking new banking information tapos sobrang delay parin even though Im using Wise account. But I still waited kase gusto makuha sweldo ko.
Sa mga magko-comment na "baka di mo natapos 15 days?", TF!! I worked 4 weeks without pay, you do the math. Besides that ang pangit pa ng leadership nila, they would discard your message if its realted to pay or it would take a day before you got a reply.
Nothing against sa mga magaganda ang mga career sa company na yan but I'm sure other past SE will relate sa experience ko since madami kami naka experience.
