Hey guys can my police certificate and police finger prints be declined I spelt a bit of water but during the time of uploading the document was clear but this original copy poured a little bit of water so stamps looks a bit faded will they reject the document

Can you change rmb in Zambia kindly tell me where it’s not a lot of money just trying to find out
