Just saw a guy operating a scooter with no helmet on going down ninth line at hwy 7 (on the road) during rush hour?

I wouldn’t normally post on here or say much but it just seemed like odd timing given its rush hour and all.

Are these scooters illegal?

Again not trying to cast judgement I just thought it was a very bold move as personally I would’ve been scared sh*tless.

Perhaps someone can enlighten me here. I’m paying almost $200 a month for bell internet? I literally just downgraded it. Why is it so expensive?

I WFH and own a business I need bell because it’s very reliable versus Roger’s but I just can’t fathom that this is common and normal?

I tried asking for any sort of deal and was met with “this is the best we got rn”
