I have a client who is a family of five.
Living in a 4K sq ft home. Two adults, three young boys, four shedding pets. I clean bi-weekly and more deeply than just maintenance. I’ve raised their rate once after I became an independent cleaner, from $170-$200. Several months ago raised $40 due to their new pup. Now I’m considering raising to $300 due to the newest dog being an excessive shedder and more furnishings and knickknacks they have been buying. Am I being fair?
