Hi everyone, first time posting here and first time seriously looking into leasing. I was looking at a 2026 Murano SL earlier today and got the payment down to around $460/month for 36 months (started from like mid 650s). Just hesitating on this because I’m pushing my budget a bit up which is why I was firm with them at 450. Just wouldn’t budge that last 10/m and insurance in NY is kind of tax for “inexperienced drivers.” Apart from the monthly payment, I was a little hesitant because they would not give me a full line item breakdown of the lease. From what I was reading and researching afterward, I think the MF might have been around 0.00067 but they would not really confirm much.

Does this sound like a solid deal? Also what questions should I be asking before moving forward?

Main things I’m wondering if anyone has knowledge on this -

What residual should I expect?
Is it normal for dealers to avoid giving the full worksheet (meaning I asked for full lease payment schedule, breakdown in terms of line items) and they were like we need to run your credit for that. Was it not possible to give a small range?
What fees should I specifically ask for?
How much can a marked up MF actually change the payment?

Let me know if there are any clarifying questions might have left something important out but the picture attached is what I was working with.

Appreciate any help since this is my first lease.
