I want to buy a handheld for mainly 3mulation (PS2, PS3, SNES) and some indie titles.
What should I choose between a used Legion Go S (Z2 Go, 32GB) for 350€ or a used Legion Go 2 for 690€. Or are there better options for my usecase?

I’m looking to buy a handheld mainly for emulation, especially PS1, PS2, NDS, SNES and Indie games.
Which handheld would you recommend?
At the moment, I’m comparing the Steam Deck OLED, Legion Go S, and a used Legion Go 2.
I’m not planning to play AAA games on the device.
Would a high-end handheld like the Legion Go be worth it mainly for emulation, or would something like the Steam Deck OLED already be more than enough?
Also, if I were to buy a Windows handheld, would you recommend installing SteamOS on it? Would that work well for emulation?
