While inside, I noticed what was basically hypocrisy. If you study your watchtower and say all the right things, you could be accepted as one of them. Cross someone that is an elder that isn't practicing what he preaches and you're subject to demotion or even shunning. They always remember the scripture that says "the fruit of lips" for their reasons for commenting at meetings, but in practice, even when you speak among yourselves, if you talk too much about "da troof " they look at you weird. Really, it appears to be a finely tuned balance between pimo and Uber pimi, with a whole lot of ass kissing to "get" anywhere inside the group.
What are your stories about this phenomenon in practice that either happened to you, or you heard about happening?
I'm sure I'm not the only one in noticing that going out in service means you can be a horrible human being at any time.
