Popped into Tinker after a movie at the Academy yesterday and was pleasantly shocked to see they have "Tavern" style pizza on weekends. I grew up in Central Ohio, where this is just the local standard. Crispy thin crust. Square cut. Edge to edge toppings. Spicy old world pepperoni. Tinker's is the closest to this I've found in all my years out here.

It's done-in only on Saturdays and Sundays, and they said the often sell out by 8 p.m.
