I’ve been wearing my elastics for about 5 months now, and I’m changing them once daily. I’m yet to see any progress kasi yung before and present pics ko halos parehas lang. I’m not sure what’s wrong. Is it the frequency of changing elastics (dentist recommended to only change it every morning) or the brand (just bought one sa shopee kasi ang mahal nung sa dentist. 500 per pack)?
