BF Advice – Oversupply & Forceful Letdown

I’ve been struggling with breastfeeding my 6-week-old. I have an oversupply in my right breast, and recently the letdown has been very forceful — milk starts pouring out as soon as she latches. She gets super frustrated, cries, unlatches and has even projectile vomited right after feeding.
Lately, I’ve been starting on the left breast first and using the Haakaa on the right side for about 10 minutes to relieve some of the flow before switching her to the right side, but then she doesn’t want the right breast.
I also tried pumping the right breast with my Spectra before feeding her on that side instead of starting on the left, but that seemed to increase my oversupply. I became engorged and uncomfortable and felt like I had to pump every 2 hours.
I’ve just become super frustrated and constantly in pain with my right breast and don’t want to develop mastitis.
Thank you
