I have been debating which Headless CMS to pick (im absolutely tired of it btw); at this point am asking myself if the self-hosted, git-based and one-repo aspects are really that important, so I wanted to know, in a realistic client website situations... do you go for those self-hosted/git-based options or just stick to things like Sanity (or contentful if you are rich)
more context: The websites I have to build are really simple, and the client would just want to edit some text, therefore I thought: "well, then I will try to not be overkill with the headless cms", but at the end finding truly easy to setup and easy to use(for the client and on mobile) option have been an absolute nightmare, so maybe it would be better to just be "overkill" or "bite the bullet" and implement a more robust solution.
PD: I mainly use Astro, basically for the same reasoning of not being overkill.
