Hi, I am on day 16 off Slinda/Slynd and other than very mild acne (totally manageable) I was doing fine. Yesterday, after 2 weeks of not taking BC I started having some mild cramps in my lower abdomen, overall I am not worried as I know it can be related to the hormone fluctuations.

Today I still have them and also I have some pain in my anus from time to time, like when I cough, moreover I can see I quite frequently urinate.

Can all these be side effects?

What was your experience coming off POPs?
