Hello everyone, I drive a Skoda Octavia RS iV 2021.

After I refilled my air conditioning and today for the first time turned the A/C on, I drove about 400 km. Suddenly I got a red coolant system warning and I smelled coolant.

So I opened the bonnet and saw that the hybrid coolant reservoir was empty. I carefully opened it and the level came back up, and the warning disappeared.

I continued driving, but then the same warning appeared again.

Can someone please help me with what I should do?
