Loop pedal question

Im a piano player + i know a bit of violin and organ, but ive been looking at getting a loop pedal (like one of those ones which u cna use to loop tracks that you are playing) and now i realised that i dont have an electric piano but an acoustic one, and all of the things i can find online tell me that for a loop to work just simply connect it to the port on the back of the piano etc. but an acoustic piano doesnt have a port. Now im very confused and unsure is it possible to get a loop pedal that works using something like microphones so it can work with acoustic pinaos, or like is every loop pedal on the market using ports, and if so how are people using it on acoustic gutairs? I need help : (. If there are ones that work with microphones, can i get a link to one please.
