Going to Hawaii for the first time next month…

Taking my fiancée and 16 year old son to Oahu next month for her 30th bday. With a lot of research and following this group for a bit we’ve come up with things we want to for sure do. We definitely want to check out Kualoa Ranch, Toa Luau, Byodo In Temple, Diamond Head trail hike, turtle snorkeling, aloha stadium swap meet, and a sunset cruise. Since her birthday falls on a Friday we for sure want to check out the firework show. We plan to rent a car for the whole time and I’m aware of high parking prices and am fine with it. We want the convenience of being able to go where the wind takes us instead of relying on Ubers or a bus/shuttle. We’ll be in Hawaii for six days and my question for anyone reading this is food recommendations as we’re big seafood lovers and if there’s anything else that’s a “must see/do” while we’re there. Thank you all and we cannot wait to be able to finally explore this beautiful island.
