unexplained ban the user strikes back

facebook has banned me and i have lost over 10 years of memories contacts i will never get back and pictures, it has not given me any reason for the ban although i suspect it is because it thinks i am not human and has given me no means of appealing. i suspect it is because i passed the mixed up numbers test and it still moved me on to facial recognition. i could not pass this as i have facebook on a laptop that has no camera and i do not have the app on my smart phone. i dont think this is a breach of community guidelines. when i reluctantly installed the app on my smart phone i had the same checks and i failed them again no reason given, I am concerned as to what information facebook hold on me and have no means of contacting them as all attempts lead to a dead end. i am therefore left with no choice but to request a subject access request to find out what they have to think i am not human. facebook must comply within a month to this request and supply the personal data they have from at least 10 years on their systems. i will then be able to decide if i want to request my data is erased again they have to consider this request under uk law and give reasons if they have any as to why they believe that they are allowed to keep data from someone who is no longer a customer. this lill likely take some time and resource. if they fail to comply within the time limits set out in law i will have no choice but to report the to the relevant legal bodies. possibly the information commissioner. moral of the story dont trash peoples memories contacts and history and give no route to appeal.
