Found these in my old binder, and Im sure I got them both myself back in the day from boosters.

Usually the team rocket fakes were extremely easy to spot. Were there sophisticated fakes back in the day too?

The picures won't show well, but the card in question has somewhat blurry, thicker and less contrast to the text, especially visible on the title. It's overall a bit darker/blue too, which I think is common for some cards.

The thing that really makes me wonder is the picture itself is blurry. At certain zoom (her face/cheeks) you can see horizontal "scanlines", and zoom even further and the mosaic pattern seems altered/broken.
