Linux noob needs help

Why can I not get this to download it have more than 4096MiB available

Ive used rufus to get the os onto a usb but when it try to boot off the usb its installed to it just keeps booting to windows ai suggested I turn on raid and id did than windows didnt work and cachy didnt ither and I cant seem to find any yt videos helping anyone know whats up?
