Hi, I’m encountering a consistent issue with the Reddit report page that makes it unusable.

Issue:
When I go to reddit.com/report and paste a link to the content I’m trying to report, the page enters a loading state (spinning circle) and never progresses. It does not error out—it just loops indefinitely.

What I’ve tried:

  • Desktop web (multiple browsers)
  • iOS app
  • iOS web browsers
  • Different networks (WiFi and cellular data)

The behavior is identical across all of these: once the content link is entered, the report flow cannot continue due to the infinite loading loop.

Impact:
This prevents me from submitting a full report through the official reporting channel. I’m currently dealing with a situation involving harassment and suspected ban evasion across multiple accounts, and while I can report individual comments/messages, I cannot submit a comprehensive report due to this issue.

Expected behavior:
After entering a valid content link, the report flow should proceed to the next step instead of remaining stuck in a loading state.

Additional notes:

  • This has been consistently reproducible
  • No visible error messages are shown
  • Happens regardless of browser or platform

If there’s a workaround or if this is a known issue, I’d appreciate any guidance.

Thanks.

Hi, I’m looking for guidance or escalation regarding a situation involving suspected ban evasion and coordinated harassment.

In a recent thread, after a disagreement with the original poster, I began receiving direct messages that included insults (e.g., being called “schizophrenic,” told to “relax,” and similar language). Shortly after that interaction, multiple additional accounts began replying in the same thread.

These accounts share several concerning patterns:

  • Very little or no prior activity (some older accounts but effectively inactive)
  • Participation limited almost entirely to this single thread
  • Replies focused specifically on me rather than the topic
  • Escalation from general insults to explicit hate speech (including slurs)

The timing and behavior strongly suggest these may be alternate accounts being used to continue harassment after the initial interaction.

I have reported the individual comments and messages where possible, but I wanted to ask:

  • Is there a recommended way to escalate suspected ban evasion across multiple accounts?
  • Are there additional steps I should take to help Trust & Safety connect these accounts?
  • Would moderators have any visibility or tools to assist in situations like this?

I can provide links, screenshots, and additional context through appropriate channels if needed.

Thank you for any guidance.
