I’m in my mid 30’s have been working at the business unofficial 20 years official around 13-15 years…. Everything was alright until my brother came along in 2020 (Covid)
Fast forward to today my parents are always complaining about my job, they don’t like my work, say I dont do anything and recently started taking money from my payroll. I work 6 days a week and was feeling super tired so I ask for a day off and was denied; I still went to work for a few hours and left. They took about 33% of my salary for 6 hour that’s I didn’t work.
Role and responsibilities. I have a lot of responsibilities like marketing, open store, manage employees, inventory, making orders, webpage, international clients etc. all of that for less than $3k a month no pto, 12 days of paid vacation a year, no health insurance, no anything more.. I feel like I do A LOT vs my brother who earns about the same and do a lot less for not saying absolutely nothing.
I feel like I would do a lot better outside but not sure how the job market if since I have been off it in so long.
