Please read for my question!! I need help!!
At one point I had a personal trainer who was a body builder and after a week, I quit. I’m now 15 months post partum and overweight; 230ish pounds. I’m ready to start again, but I don’t have the childcare to go back to the gym. My question is, if I can only do walks with my son, and some home workouts (I was gifted some plates and a bench), will I still see progress since I’m not weight training with him? One day, I would only consume protein & water with a calorie deficit of about 650-700. Next day, I eat clean and workout. My no carb days were the days he didn’t have me workout. Any help would be appreciated!!! I also have the meal plan he gave me which consisted of a protein shake 2x a day, egg whites, the option of tuna or chicken and green veggies.
