Started with a backed up main. Had to get a 75 foot snake the stupid drilll Powered one did nothing. Found the reason for my wobbly toilet silly connection is like some sort of insert extension and flange bolts were super loose and everything is beneath finished floor level.
Got an oatey extension kit and drilled into the cement and used the blue Topcon screws and made the extension about 1/8 above the tile.
Removed stupid baseboard that was rotten at the bottom and used orbit sander to clean it up and smooth it out. Painted wall painted new piece of baseboard and cut it with circ saw and brad nailed it in place…. Repainted the baseboard.
Finally installed toilet with wax ring and full sensed the water fully expecting it to leak. No leak no nothing perfectly stable and rock solid….
Only thing left is a small caulking sealant on the baseboard that is still drying and on the toilet base just to give it a clean look.
I’m so pissed I became an engineer and didn’t become a plumber…. This stuff is so fun.
