I’m in the process of sorting out light fixtures for a new build. I have four different track lights for bouncing light off of a cathedral ceiling, and am looking for high CRI track heads. Thanks!

In the process of buying light fixtures for a timberframe with mostly vaulted ceilings. Most of the ceilings are finished with Doug fir planking, a couple of them with white drywall in between Timbers. I’ve worked out the appropriate amount of lumens per room. My question: does bouncing light off a ceiling reduce the amount of lumens in the room? If so, how much should I increase the lumens to accommodate?
