So France made a law requiring all temporary number plates to be purple on their territories starting from January 1st of this year and to the surprise of no one, many people in Algeria changed the plates of their vehicles to that color. Vehicles that have nothing to do with that law because they are registered in Algeria and have never been in France. I mean the jokes write themselves.
How do you explain this very shameful behavior?
