Hello,I stopped animating big project for a while,but still animating little stuff and all

But the more I try,the less I can,even fundamental I cannot do it,so I just can't animate anymore

Even the simpler and smaller things it's impossible,it frustrated me a lot since I see, remember how to do that and this,but my hand just can't.

Anything can be helpful at this rate
