Call center LO seeking mentor
Hello! I’m looking for tips from other call center LOs who have been very successful. I’m consistently a top producer at my company, so I’m not really able to get much guidance internally. I just know that my own ability to focus and stay motivated is keeping me from being the best that I can be.
My company provides a lot of leads, so much so that I keep my phone off most of the day when I’m working on files. I work from home and have a dedicated workspace, but I think that plays a bit into the lack of motivation.
I’m doing a lot of business but know I could do so much more if I was truly locked in the entire day. I also tend to spend too much time on tricky files, which I think call centers get a lot of.
I’m just curious if any of you have been in the same scenario and have any words of wisdom. Or if anyone can share a schedule they’ve made for themselves for example follow up on files for one day vs spend another whole day just on getting new business.
I’d love to hear any advice! I’m happy with my income and production but also know I definitely am not operating at full capacity and I could do so much more.
