MHE playbill throwback pre-Broadway. Grieving what ticket prices were back then. About a month before the pandemic hit.
From the global premiere at the Alliance Theatre. Couldn’t believe it when I saw the ticket price of a mere $25.
And yay for Cathy Ang being back in the show as an understudy! 😊🎉
If you haven't, check out “Over the Moon.” She voices & sings the main character in the animated film/musical. Philippa Soo, Ruthie Ann Miles, Kimoko Glenn & Conrad Ricamora are also in it, including other Asian stars (Ken Jeong, John Cho, Sandra Oh & Margaret Cho), but specifically wanted to point out the musical theatre ones given this subreddit.
