Are all residential plots need to be approved by Rera? I have been speaking to a couple of brokers. Although I haven't found to be pushy yet, but they are telling me the land is not required to be rera because all it needed was approval from municipal authority hence rera not required. I am searching around rudrapur and kahsipur belt.
