Pixel 10 Pro magenta highlights in sun reflections

I notice that photos taken with the regular lens (1x to 5x) get a severe magenta effect in the highlights from the sun reflecting in water. When zooming more than 5x it goes away and the same with the ultra wide lens.

Is this a hardware issue or software, and should I get it replaced?
