Hi All,
I know this topic has been brought up a million and one times in this sub but somehow your brain tries to you convince you “you’re different and actually totally screwed for race day”.

I’m 11 days out from Chattanooga 70.3 and am TIRED. I cut down my volume big time last week after my largest training week yet the week before. I STILL feel like I’m recovering. I could lie on the couch every day after work instead of doing any workouts. I’ve largely just accepted the rest and leaned in, while working in some shorter, easy sessions that somehow feel harder than the big workouts I did during my training block.

Trying to trust that more rest is better than less, but still feeling antsy that my body isn’t feeling as zippy as I thought it would.

Would love to hear from anyone who has been here!
