trying to factory reset my phone… what does this message mean?
sorry for the iffy picture, my digitizer is broken so it was tricky to get a photo of the text.
ive tried to factory reset it many ways so i can turn it in, but since the phone isn’t connected to WIFI it can’t do most of them.
i thought i was able to factory reset it through the apple devices software (second pic), but now this message is showing up on my phone.
did the reset work? or do I need to try again?
