Hi guys.

1. The 25mm 3.175 1/8 does the job well on the 4th axis but of course the surface is left unfinished. I tried to use the flute 30 degrees but what I see T least is that the bit does not even touch the surface of the wood. The step down is deactivated and nothing.

I was thinking maybe use somehow the 3.175 roughing to finish also? Have any idea how I decrease the step between runs to make the surface even smoother?

2. The flute 39 degrees 0.2 mentioned above, when used after roughing, touches with the upper edge the unlect cut wood and I almost lost the bit. I did add supports to the left and right of the wood part. That's the critical issue with the finishing paths.

3. Is there an option to leave the lateral supporta unfinished and finish just the main part ?

4. When changing the bits, I saw the machine does not make the button probe check again. Maybe that's why the 0.2 does not touch the surface when finishing the wood part? I did uncheck the origin check for the finishing stage.

Maybe you can help.

First, I want to say that the official support is good, for now at least. And the official importer.

I changed the charging station location and also Mammotion was very nice and replaced the Lidar and camera module for free because the old one was with the glass peeling off. Al because they suggested to do so.

With this occasion, I have unbind the robot and RTK station and re created the map.

Even so, the robot tries to change for like 3 times and no luck. Surface is straight and flat. The back connectors are cleaned twice by me. The RTK has good signal and the robot also.

All of the sudden the RTK blinks green(from solid Green ) and the charging station, even with the robot in correct charging position, is solid green and charging stops at usually 30-40%. The updates were done for all components (robot and rtk) plus the mobile official app.

Annoying to know that everything was fine last season and now, no luck. Absolutely the to or became garden furniture.

Any ideas what to look after?

PS Yesterday I have seen, for the first time, an error that states that the infrared signal is not detected - code 1200. Robot is in perfect alignment and all good but it just does not go to full charge anymore.

What's even more funny is that right after the two year warranty expired , all this happened.

What I really feel bad about is that I battled with the robot glitches, instead of just returning it and that's it, being not cheap investment.
