I’m not sure if this has already been covered here, so feel free to point me to another thread if it has.

I’m trying to figure out whether I’d be eligible for the new CSR welcome bonus if I downgrade my current CSR first. For context, I originally had a CSP and upgraded it to a CSR last year, so I never actually received a CSR sign-up bonus.

I’ve seen conflicting information across a few subreddits: some people say the Sapphire bonus is once per lifetime across the entire Sapphire family, while others say it’s once per card/product.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or successfully gotten the CSR bonus after upgrading from CSP?
