*Disclaimer!!! says to not use in your mouth per the Warning Label as it’s a super strong antibacterial that destroys biofilm on dentures, but this has worked for me.
I started yesterday diluting the tablet in warm water per the instructions and swishing in my mouth for as long as possible. While it didn’t completely remove all the biofilm in the back of my tongue, it cleared the white biofilm in the front of my tongue (I scraped afterward w a copper tongue scraper). My tongue actually felt cleaner and my teeth felt so squeaky clean (like after a teeth cleaning). I did a breath check (licking my hand and smelling it) and I didn’t smell anything.
Polident is like $5 at most stores so I would recommend trying it, but don’t for legal reasons, lol.
