I was taking 6 mg once per week but listened to advice to split dose twice per week 3mg to reduce minor side effects which it has indeed done but, since I have done that for about a month now I have stalled. I was losing steadily before this. If I switch back to once a week should I wait a full week and go to 8mg as I’m now at 4mg twice a week? Or should I do 6mg on my next day and go week to week from there?
