TCS work from office policy - not attending office, so WFO is marked as “No show”. Does it affect only the variable pay or my base salary?
I’ve newly joined TCS and i have not been going to office but I have been filling the timesheet regularly. Since, I’m not going to office, WFO is getting marked as “No show”. Will this impact my base salary or does it only affect the variable pay/performance bonus? Can somebody familiar with TCS policy help me out here
