I miss her more than I expected today

The house feels empty without her today.

She’s in the hospital right now…

and I keep looking at photos of when we used to run and play together like this.

It feels unreal how quickly everything can change.

But at the same time, it feels like something special is happening…

people from all over the world are sending love, support, and prayers for her.

It really feels like a miracle is slowly unfolding.

She’s fighting so hard, and I’m so proud of her.

I just want her to get better…

so we can have moments like this again.

I miss you, Bambi.

Have a great day!

Bambi ate her breakfast well again this morning—such a good girl.

We’re heading to the hospital today for her transfusion, so let’s stay strong, Bambi. You’ve got this. 💛

I’m truly so grateful to everyone who continues to support and pray for Bambi. It means more to us than I can express.

Wait… that’s me?

When Bambi was still a puppy, we went out to eat grilled clams.

She saw another dog that looked just like her at the restaurant, got surprised, and looked back at me—that moment was so cute, I took this photo.

Even now, it still makes me smile haha.

We got a little miracle tonight.

Bambi seemed to be feeling a little better tonight, so my wife and I took her out to see the cherry blossoms.

The three of us had such a peaceful, beautiful time together.

I really hope we get to share another season like this…

I’m praying for a miracle.

I love you, Bambi.

So proud of my little fighter

Seeing her choose to eat on her own today just to get through another day…

it made me realize how grateful I am for the little things I used to overlook.

Wishing everyone a good day today 🤍

Please help my dog Bambi, she is still fighting every single day and hasn’t given up yet, I just want to give her a real chance to live and stay by my side a little longer

On Christmas Day, my world stopped.

My dog Bambi was diagnosed with gastrointestinal lymphoma — an aggressive and often fatal cancer.

The vet told me she likely didn’t have much time left.

I truly thought I was going to lose her.

But somehow… she didn’t give up.

After starting chemotherapy, her tumors and lymph nodes improved significantly.

It honestly felt like a miracle.

She kept eating. She kept walking. She kept fighting.

Then another crisis hit.

During treatment, she developed immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (IMT), which caused her platelet count to crash.

At one point, her platelets dropped to just 8.

I was told that at that level, even a small internal bleed could be fatal.

I was terrified I could lose her at any moment.

But again… she held on.

With treatment, her platelets recovered back to 347.

I still don’t understand how she keeps getting through this…

but she does.

Right now, Bambi is still with me.

She doesn’t even know she’s sick.

She still looks at me like everything is okay.

And I want to protect that for as long as I can.

So far, I’ve spent about

= 5,970,000 KRW (~$4,500 USD) out of my own pocket.

The total estimated cost is around

= 9,000,000 KRW (~$6,800 USD)

This estimate includes not only chemotherapy, but also additional costs such as:

• white blood cell support injections (to manage chemo side effects)

• blood transfusions due to IMT (low platelets)

• hospitalization and monitoring during critical periods

I’m sharing these numbers for transparency,

because I want to be completely honest about where things stand.

If the total cost ends up being lower, I will update and adjust the goal accordingly.

I’ve been doing everything I can on my own, but I’m reaching my limits.

If you’re able to help, even a little,

it would truly mean everything to us.

And even if you can’t donate,

simply sharing this link would help more than you know.

I just want to give her more time…

and hopefully let her reach her 6th birthday.

If you can, please help me give Bambi that miracle.

Thank you for reading.

And thank you for caring about Bambi ❤️

My dog wasn’t supposed to survive cancer… but she did. After chemo and a life-threatening platelet crash, she’s still fighting — please help me give her more time
