

As you can see in the picture, I look really chopped. My face is bloated, my hair looks really bad but I can’t find a hairstyle that suits me, my side profile is the worst part of my face.
I’ve heard that drinking a moderate amount of coconut water(non-sweet) can help me debloat. I’ve been drinking for about a month now but I can’t see a huge improvement. I’m also quite skinny (I’m trying to go to the gym and work till failure twice a week)
I’m basically chopped but I wanna look a bit better. Is there any way I can look better? Thanks!!
