We all know that on the start of the 2ACW (or slightly prior to it) all the tags are released all at once which leads to the infamous lag-spike. As the screenshot shows, this is only the case due to a bug on Trump's ai, and prior to that the tags were likely gradually released.

With that in mind, what do you think would be the timeline in which states secedes, warlords rise up and conflicts start?

I tend to believe that the majority of the states would secede prior to the start of any major clashes, and most insurgent factions would only rise (or better yet, begin the hostilities) shortly after the start of the war between the ACG and UOA,
