I was just diagnosed with vitiligo this year (though i’ve had patches on my face since 2019), I was hoping for some tips as to how to protect your skin from the sun in the summer. My doctor advised me to use sunscreen often and I have been but I still notice patches growing/becoming irritated after spending days outside. I’m not unhappy with my vitiligo as it’s not very noticeable but I was hoping to avoid it spreading on my hands and arms.

An old book I read as a child about two cats (MAYBE siamese? MAYBE sibling cats?) whose owner writes to a friend (maybe relative? The cats refer to the addressee as “Aunt __”) sharing details about their daily lives. I believe there was some underlying subplot where either the owner of the cats or the “aunt” had a chronic illness or cancer. Written in the format of letters from the cats (owner writing as the cats)
Wracking my brain trying to find out this book title, any help is appreciated.
